White Sage - Protection, Purification, Fumigation

In the shamanic tradition, White Sage is used to purify environments from negative energies but it was also used to purify the soul of the person through ancient rituals.

To send smoke towards the person, a fan or a feather is generally used, while to purify an environment, sometimes small objects are hit on the walls to bring out stagnant energies through vibration.

To make the most of your smudge, once lit, turn it off, trying not to let it char, this way the sage smoke will be more fragrant and balsamic.
