When will my order be shipped?
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after payment.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping has a fixed cost of 4.50 euros for Italy.
The courier in charge of shipments is Bartolini, delivery once your order arrives in the warehouse takes 2-3 days.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Of course, it is possible to return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt, the return is at the buyer's expense.

Are all the stones real?
Yes, the stones are all real and each stone has its own country of origin.
I have chosen not to include colored or artificially treated stones, which is why in my shop you will not find slices of brightly colored agate or crystals with an artificial iridescent effect such as aura quartz.

Can I request a custom order or jewelry?

I would like to buy 2 identical jewels, why do you only give me 1 available?
Almost all the jewels on the site are handcrafted, for this reason one piece per item is available, if you need two identical pieces you can send me an email and I will almost certainly be able to make it for you :)
